Stevano Gilendel is an accomplished master chef with over 17 years’ of professional experience.  He is 42 years old and lives in Westchester, New York.

Since the tender age of fourteen, chef and owner Stevano Gilendel started cooking with his Mom in their home kitchen and was immediately captivated by the culinary world:

 

“I Knew This Was My Calling And Passion, I Knew Cooking Would Be My Life”.

 

Soon after graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997, he landed a position in an elite restaurant and continued to gain valuable insights perfecting techniques working alongside other master chefs…

 

In 2009, Stevano opened ‘Stevano Personal Chef Services’. During this time of serving guests in Manhattan and the metropolitan area, he has become a leader in shaping the culinary scene in the private chef catering space…

 

Gilendel has been an advocate for sustainability before it caught on in the industry and has been working with the same local farmer markets for the past twelve years.

 

His relationships with growers and producers ensure that his plates feature only the finest freshest local ingredients, which taste better, and helps support the local agricultural community.

 

Stevano is a published book author and accomplished painter.   These artistic talents are thoughtfully translated into his craft which delightfully show up in his plating and food presentations.
